If you are having trouble installing or removing printers, refresh the print configuration
- Right Click the PrintLogic icon
It is located at the bottom right of the screen next to clock - Left click "Refresh Configuration"
TIP: If you get an error message, acknowledge it and refresh again.
If the printer reports, "Off-Line" It could be for a few reasons.
- Power Cycle the printer
- Unplug from the outlet
- Wait 30 seconds
- Plug into outlet, power on printer
- Refresh Printer Configuration
- Right Click the PrintLogic icon
at the bottom right side of the screen
- Left click "Refresh Configuration"
- Right Click the PrintLogic icon
- Re-Install Printer
- Right Click the Printlogic icon
at the bottom right side of the screen
- Left click "Delete Printer"
- Choose and remove print from list
- Install printer as outlined in article
- Right Click the Printlogic icon
- Apply all Updates to your computer
- Click Start > Power Icon
> Choose Restart and Apply updates
OR - Click Start > Settings (gear)
- Update and Security
- Click, Check for Updates
- Restart as needed

- Contact the Helpdesk to assist
- Click Start > Power Icon
