Computers:
- Restart your computer, choose "Restart and Install Updates" if applicable
- Check what WiFi network you are connected to, should be "Patterson-Staff"
Projectors and Viewboards
- Viewboards - Unplug from outlet, wait 30 seconds, plug back in.
- Viewboards - Install updates if prompted
- Projectors - If not mounted on a ceiling, unplug from outlet, wait 30 seconds, plug back in
- Projectors - if mounted on ceiling, please contact the helpdesk
Document Cameras
- Make sure power cable is connected
- Make sure USB or Video cable is connected to computer
Printers
- Restart printer, may need to unplug from outlet, wait 30 seconds, plug back in
- Make sure all cables are firmly connected
