You can always check the status of a ticket you submitted by going to My Activities in Help Desk
- Visit http://helpdesk.patterson.k12.ca.us and login using the "Sign in" link in the top right hand corner of the webpage
- Click the "down arrow" next to your name to display the option menu
- Click My activities from the list
- The My request page loads. In it you will see all tickets you have submitted and the current status of each. You can also search for previous tickets.
