What to do if my Chromebook is frozen:

Step 1. Push ESC/Refresh / power button at the same time

Step 2. When this screen shows up press CTRL and the letter d 

Step 3.  When this screen shows up press “Enter”

Step 4.  When this screen Shows up press “Enter”

Step 5. Please wait until you see a screen that says “Welcome”

Step 6. Click blue box that says “Lets go”

Step 7. Connect to network “Patterson- Student” Password is patterson

Step 8. Click blue box that says “Accept and Continue”

If the computer is still frozen or does not show the steps that are listed above please come in to the District office, so we can further assist you.
