The Patterson LTE Network has been built to provide internet connectivity to families in our community. The range of the network varies based on two variables: distance from tower and the number of objects between the LTE device and the closest tower. We have done our best to map the locations within range of the towers and uploaded that information into School Locator.
How to check if a student is eligible in School Locator:
- Visit School Locator
- Type in the physical address at the top center of the page
NOTE: A physical address must be used, as there are physical limitations of the service. An extended network device needs to be within range of a tower - Review popup message and choose "Click Here, if your address is properly located."
- An alert message will appear on left side of the screen, see RED square. This alert will tell you if the address is eligible for service.
What if the address is eligible for Patterson LTE service:
Submit a ticket with the student ID to the helpdesk at helpdesk@patterson.k12.ca.us. Someone from the team will reach out and arrange pickup.
What if the address is not eligible for Patterson LTE service:
Submit the student(s) ID number to the help desk at helpdesk@patterson.k12.ca.us. The IT Team will add the student(s) to the waitlist in Aeries, which is being used to plan the next phases of the project.
NOTE: Submit all student ID numbers residing at a physical address.
