Welcome to #TeamPJUSD. We are here to support academic excellence. All users - students and employees - have access to Google web services: email, calendar, drive, etc. If support is needed, employees may submit a work order by visiting http://helpdesk.patterson.k12.ca.us. If a student needs support, an employee may submit a work order on their behalf. Be sure to include student ID numbers when submitting work orders for students.
User Accounts
Getting Started with your new account!
Employees:
- Username is created using:
- [first initial of first name]+[last name]
- Email address would be:
- [first initial of first name]+[last name]@patterson.k12.ca.us
- In rare cases when that username already exists a small modification will be made
- Initial password is created using
- [capital first initial of first name]+[first initial of last name]+[8 digit birthday]
- You may change your password after logging on to a windows computer OR by using How to Change Your Password guide
- Example: Joe Smith born on February 5th, 1985 would have the following account
- Username: jsmith
- Email Address: jsmith@patterson.k12.ca.us
- Password: Js02051985
Students:
- Username is created using:
- [StudentID]
- Email address would be:
- [StudentID]@patterson.k12.ca.us
- Initial password is created using
- randomly generated, check with staff
- Students are able to change their password by using How to Change Your Password guide
- Example: Carl Aspen, Student ID 200058741, born on July 4th, 2005 would have the following account
- Username: 200058741
- Email Address: 200058741@patterson.k12.ca.us
- Password: [randomly generated]

Inventory
We use TIPWeb for tracking and maintaining our technology inventory.

- IT Staff will enter new orders into the system and maintain the system during the year.
- Start Of Year: IT will supply a room inventory reports for teachers and office staff to verify they are starting the year with all the necessary equipment in their rooms
- End of Year: IT will supply a room inventory report for teachers and office staff to verify at the end of the year they still have all the necessary equipment in their rooms.
- These reports are to be processed and returned to IT for investigation and updates.

I hope I am doing this correctly. I have a student chromebook with a sluggish mouse pad. Can this be repaired?
